Working at Uncle Onion's Electric, Organic Lawn Care
Extraordinary
Adjective
1. beyond what is usual, ordinary, regular, or established
2. exceptional in character, amount, extent, degree, etc.; noteworthy; remarkable

We at Uncle Onion's consider ourselves to be extraordinary among employers and service providers. Employees are one of the largest expenses a company has. Rather than trying to reduce this expense or squeeze as much out of it as possible, as most companies do, Uncle Onion's embraces it. Our employees are extraordinary, and the life of Uncle Onion's Lawn Care. They are an investment that we take great pride in. As an Uncle Onion employee, you will receive extensive, paid training in your first two weeks with us. Throughout the year, we build upon that training even further with opportunities for mentoring and career development, even if your career path involves opportunities outside Uncle Onion's. Employees are never in the dark about the status of their job, the health of the company, or their future with us. How many companies have you ever worked for that shared their financial data and the reasons behind business decisions with you?

You are a hard worker that appreciates being rewarded for the effort you put into your job, and you'll flourish at Uncle Onion's because of that. You are a motivated, goal-oriented self-starter that thrives on working unsupervised. Your work performance at Uncle Onion's is evaluated based on output and results, not from having a supervisor micromanaging and over-analyzing your every move. We know how important work-life balance and leaving a positive impact on everyone you meet is to you. Whether or not you have interests related to gardening or the turf grass, horticultural, or agricultural fields, you love the environment, healthy communities, and want a fulfilling job that has a positive impact on yourself and the world. Whether this is your first step toward meeting your life goals, your first step in growing with Uncle Onion’s, or anywhere in between, we genuinely look forward to meeting you!
